Standard 3 year course. Option of further development through application to Individual Project, Advanced Course in Visual Arts, or other.
A variety of successive projects of diverse natures follow one another throughout the school year. Departing from technical/thematic situations, personal projects are encouraged by stages, in the sequence of workshops and exercises presented by the teachers and invited guests. The participants’ response to exercises is followed and commented on in informal tutorship mode and in evaluation sessions.

Program The course will approach the question of the representation of space as metaphor of the body, in a journey that starts with Russian Constructivism and ends by considering the inclusion of the projected image in the exhibition space, via American minimalism. Concepts referring to the production of space in the arts – such as house, strangeness, interstice, penetrability – will be analysed.
